Fecon Announces Brandon Flexsenhar as New Chief Operating Officer

Lebanon, Ohio-based manufacturer Fecon has hired Brandon Flexsenhar as chief operating officer (COO), a new position within the company.
Flexsenhar has held various production and operations positions at companies such as Caterpillar, LB Steel, Fairbanks Morse Engine, Putzmeister, and most recently served as Vice President of Operations for KION. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Supervision, Industrial Technology from Purdue University and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
As COO, Flexsenhar is responsible for the operational efficiency of the business and will focus on improving supply chain reliability, lean manufacturing, continuous quality improvement and optimization of the production footprint. Its goal is to “produce best-in-class products with competitive delivery times and create value through people, process and technology,” he said.

Founded in 1992 near Cincinnati, Fecon manufactures the Bull Hog forestry mulcher.
