It is a well-known fact that environmentally friendly consumerism is a hot issue. Nike’s Move to Zero campaign is a company-wide initiative to ensure brands are on the path to zero carbon and zero waste, trying to bridge the gap between integrity and consumerism. .. The Nike Plant Cork Pack currently available in The Land is the result of these efforts.

Imagine a classic Nike silhouette like the Blazer Mid ’77 or the Air Force 107 ′. Rebuilt with at least 20 weight percent recycled content, such as recycled cork and recycled polycanvas, and designed with natural vegetable dyes.

The shoes are naturally inspired not only by design but also by structure. Each shoe is inspired by a particular plant, embroidered with this image and dyed with natural pigments selected from plants such as pomegranate, indigo and catechu. Recycled cork is not only injected into the rubber outsole, but is also used as a decorative pattern throughout the upper.

To lead the release of the shoes, Nike has partnered with Zalando, where the Plant Cork Pack is now available, to be the center of the collection, the center of the collection and a sustainable future. Forward-thinking start-ups use used materials (what pessimists may call waste) to create stunning new pieces that feel entirely new in themselves.

Melissa Minca is an avid upcycling enthusiast and designer who runs System Recovery, an independent fashion brand from the online store. Minka and a team of designers remake clothes to create unique pieces that do not contribute to environmental pollution or human exploitation.

Like Minka, Rosa Margdal strives to create unique pieces that bring old fabrics back to life. Her group, SF1OG, uses sustainable and second-hand recycled materials to create her look. For Margdal, the concepts of sustainability and fashion should not be separated, but should be seen as two closely related ideas.

Emeka is an upcycling brand founded by Sydney Emeka, aiming to bridge the gap between the two poles of its tradition, Europe and Africa, through its clothing. At first glance, you might not know that behind the brand’s sophisticated tailoring lies an almost entirely lean production line.

Vegetable cork shoes can be purchased at The Land Here With Germany Here For France.
