Prime Minister promotes Georgia as ‘the ideal location’ for multinational companies during meeting with Indian Adani Group

Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili and Gautam Adani, the chairman of an Indian multinational conglomerate Adani Group, discussed how Georgia’s “strategic location and favorable investment climate” have made the country a “center natural” and a “perfect location” for multinational companies, the prime minister said. in a post on Twitter following a meeting at the World Economic Forum in Davis.

At the meeting, Garibashvili said his government was “investing heavily” to support the country’s positioning as a regional trade and logistics hub.
Garibashvili invited the Adani Group delegation to Georgia to familiarize themselves with the country’s business environment on the ground.
The government administration said Adani had expressed interest in investing in Georgian transport, logistics, energy and industry.
Adani Group is a multinational conglomerate whose businesses include port management, power generation, renewable energy, mining, airport operations and infrastructure.
